Lemon Garlic Pasta
A bright and quick weeknight pasta with lemon, garlic, and olive oil.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente.
- Meanwhile, warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Reserve a little pasta water, then drain pasta and add it to the skillet with lemon zest and lemon juice. Toss well, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Finish with parsley and serve immediately.
