Instructions
- Bring a large pot of generously salted water to the boil.
- Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions until al dente.
- In the final 2 minutes of cooking, add the frozen peas (or any other frozen vegetables) to the pot.
- Drain the pasta and vegetables.
- Return everything to the pot and add the sauce, pine nuts, and fresh basil (if using). Stir gently until everything is well combined.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Serve on warm plates, finishing with grated Parmesan, freshly ground black pepper, and a drizzle of good olive oil.
